They have never built a team, turned down a candidate, or looked at a resume and known in thirty seconds whether this person understood what they were actually applying for.  


 Career Foundry exists to put real industry judgment into the hands of every individual at a career crossroads —  whether they are in a village, a Tier 2 town, or a metro — anywhere in India. 

Our Story

The founding insight behind Career Foundry came from decades of watching talented individuals make career decisions based on the wrong information — or no information at all.


We saw a capable young person from a Tier 3 town, channelled into engineering because there were no other visible options. A commerce graduate who was never told that the backbone of every industry — from healthcare to technology to media — is built by people with exactly her background. A professional ten years into a career that was never really his, because nobody sat with him at seventeen and asked the right questions.

We watched a lot of talented people land in wrong careers — not because they weren't capable, but because nobody guided them to the right career path 

Career Foundry was founded to close these gaps. Not with an algorithm or a psychometric test, but with something more valuable: the honest judgment of people who have spent careers building, hiring and mentoring talent at the highest levels of Indian and global industry.
